This project involved transforming an existing open ground floor undercroft into two new residential flats, alongside relocating the car parking area to optimise the use of space and enhance the overall functionality of the property.

Our role was to infill the undercroft area beneath the existing residential block to create two new flats, addressing the growing demand for housing in the area. Additionally, we relocated the car parking facilities to better accommodate the needs of the residents and improve accessibility.
