Lydia Wan, oversees financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in reporting. She manages budgets, monitors cash flow, and prepares financial statements to support strategic decision-making. Working closely with the QS team and Finance Director, she ensures financial control on every project. Lydia also liaises with internal and external stakeholders, addressing financial inquiries and maintaining smooth financial operations. With experience from her previous work in Hong Kong, she brings valuable expertise in financial planning, risk management, and tax compliance, playing a key role in supporting Stamford Contracts’ financial health and long-term growth.
