Refurbishment of Meeting Rooms, corridors and fire escapes on the ground to third floors. The scope of works included lighting, electrical, ceilings, redecorations, and a new corian kitchen area.
We redecorated the canteen area, replaced carpets, nosings and redecorated the lecture rooms. The toilet refurbishment included replacement of the cubicles, flooring, vanity units, hand dryers and tiling. Cupboards were hand built to fit in the communal areas.

Despite the challenges of working with restricted timescales due to pre-booked seminars and restricted loading and unloading areas, we were able to complete all of the works in time and to the satisfaction of our client.
