The aim of the project was to re-design the existing student union accommodation to provide a new student hub facility on the ground floor that was modern, creative and fitted out with the latest media and IT infrastructure.
The work included strip out, new ceilings with a lowered feature, installation of solid oak doors, air conditioning, intruder alarm system, new wall graphics, reinstatement of power and data services, stripping of partitions, flooring and decorations.

Works also included reversing of the hubs main entrance, installation of new furniture to facilitate the creation of smaller office spaces for students to have one to one conversations with their mentors.
