Successful Replacement of Air Conditioning Systems at Santon House

We are proud to announce the successful replacement of the air conditioning systems at Santon House, a 2,046-square-metre facility housing Arden University’s education and office spaces. This project underscores our ability to deliver efficient, sustainable solutions, even in challenging, live environments.
Project Scope
The project involved replacing the air conditioning systems across all six floors of the building. As Santon House remained operational throughout, careful planning was required to minimise disruption for students and staff.
Phased Execution
To ensure the building’s comfort and functionality were maintained, we implemented a phased approach. By sequencing the work, we avoided a complete shutdown of the system, allowing the university to continue its operations seamlessly while the upgrades progressed.
Overcoming Challenges
The central location of Santon House on a busy street added logistical complexity, particularly when lifting and installing large components with cranes. By coordinating closely with local authorities and implementing detailed safety protocols, we completed the project efficiently while ensuring minimal impact on traffic and pedestrians.
